History Established in 1996 Adventure Limousine was born in January of 1996 as a part-time business with one Lincoln 6 passenger limousine. There was a need for a quality Limousine Company in the Keene area: our goal then was to fill that need. Our goal now is to continue filling that need with large luxury Limousines, Airport Sedans, Mini Buses, and Coach Buses. Private Door to Door Airport Sedan service was added in 1998. Park and Ride Airport Service was added in January 2009. A Frequent Rider Program was introduced in August 2009. Adventure Coach, Inc. was born in September 2009. When the company was first started we used older Limousines and Sedans but soon found that we needed to upgrade. Our policy now is to buy quality Limousines, Airport Sedans or Buses and to offer a First Class Service. We are a Community minded Company and support many Local Charities. We are members of the New England Livery Association, National Limousine Association, and Greater Keene Chamber of Commerce. Meet the Manager: Peggy L. Guidelines FORMS OF PAYMENT: Cash, personal check, money order,  Master Card, Visa, American Express & Discover accepted. $28 Fee for returned checks. SMOKING: For the comfort of all passengers, a  NO-SMOKING  policy is enforced on all Adventure 's vehicles at all times. CARRY ON LUGGAGE AND COOLERS:  Coach-bus Small six pack coolers are allowed inside the coach-bus. All coolers and luggage larger than a six pack size will gladly be stored in our rear luggage compartment.. Limousines: Coolers are allowed in the limousine provided that they will not cause a safety hazard and will cause no damage to the interior. GRATUITIES: Tipping is a personal preference and entirely  based on the level of service you receive. Coach-bus driver and tour escort gratuities are recommended at $2.00 per person.                                 Limousines and Sedan: Driver gratuity is recommended between 15 and 20%.           Corporate Trips: Gratuity is always included. GIFT CERTIFICATES: Are available for any Limousine, Airport or Coach-bus trips. Gift certificates can be purchased for any amount. They make great Birthday and anniversary  presents, Mother's and Father's day gifts and terrific stocking suffers for Christmas . CANCELLATION, REFUND and RESERVATION POLICY : Coach-bus: All tour reservations require full payment three (3) days after the reservation is made. No refunds will be made for unused sightseeing, meals or other tour features.  Customers who discontinue a trip prior to completion of tour are not eligible for any refund. Clients canceling a one-day tour will be refunded only if the tour is Sold Out and their ticket can  be resold. Any coach-bus tour canceled by Adventure will be refunded in full. Registration for all trips are on a first come/first serve basis until the maximum number of participants is reached. Once the maximum number of participants is met, your name will be placed on a waiting list. Limousine:  All reservations require a $100.00 non refundable deposit at time of reservation. Trip must be paid for before or on the day of service. Proms, a non refundable deposit of $200.00 is required at time of reservation and must be paid in full 2 weeks before trip.. Sedans (airport service) Payment due on day of trip. Coach-bus For private charter a $200.00 non refundable deposit is required with the balance 72hours before departure. RESPONSIBILITY  DISCLAIMER: Coach-bus tours are operated under the management of Adventure Limousine Inc. . Adventure reserve's the right to change any coach-bus itinerary and substitute arrangements of equal value. We reserve the right to cancel any and all tours and refund payment made if bookings are inadequate. All passengers are responsible to find their  way back to the coach-bus after each stop. Any passenger that is more than 10 minutes late returning to the coach-bus will be at risk of being left behind. The cost of transportation for customers left behind will be their responsibility and at their own expense. Adventure accepts no responsibility for any delays caused by an Act of God or Mother Nature, delayed departure or arrivals, road or weather conditions, or any conditions beyond our control. Adventure accepts no responsibility for left or stolen items. Adventure will not tolerate or allow:  Underage drinking.  Persons under the influence of illegal drugs.  Persons using threatening behavior in any form.  The Driver's decision in all cases is final, offending customers will be asked to leave the vehicle with no refund due.
